Terms & Conditions:

1. Our Next Full Business Day Computer Repair Guarantee assures that your computer repair service will be completed by the end of the next business day, given that you have brought your equipment to us by 3 PM the previous day.

2. This guarantee applies exclusively to repair services that do not necessitate software updates, installations, or hardware parts replacement.

3. The guarantee presumes that the client has furnished us with all necessary hardware, software, and accessories essential for executing the repair service. In instances where the client fails to provide these components, we will not be able to uphold the Next Full Business Day Guarantee.

4. For the purpose of this guarantee, "business days" are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and any day on which we are closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. The Next Full Business Day Guarantee may not be applicable in case of complex technical issues that require additional diagnosis and repair time. In such cases, our technicians will inform you at the earliest opportunity.

6. This guarantee does not apply in the event of delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or other 'force majeure' events.

7. In the event that we are unable to fulfill our brand promise, we are committed to make it right. Should we fail to complete the eligible service within the Next Full Business Day, we will provide you with a coupon for 25% off your next service as an apology for any inconvenience caused. This coupon will be applicable to your next service with us and is not transferable.
